Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable fees.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of uploading it. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any content uploaded by users.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Paidly and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
"Paidly" and our logo are trademarks of Paidly. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
When you upload contracts for AI parsing, we use Google's Gemini AI API to extract relevant information. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

You should think of Paidly as a knowledgeable friend who has reviewed many contracts and wants to help—but we are not qualified professionals. You must ALWAYS consult with qualified legal, tax, and financial advisors before making decisions about your rates, contracts, payment terms, or business structure.

Do not rely on Paidly's AI parsing or suggestions as a substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial review of your contracts.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAIDLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paidly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paidly regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
